Katerina is the general secretary, and a project manager at SFERA INTERNATIONAL. She is involved in the ECHO II project, coordinating and supporting the artists-in-residence in Prespa, North Macedonia. She has been actively working with youth for about six years; however, she has been volunteering in SFERA for over ten years. She has previous experience in working with local youth to promote and empower leadership, democracy and self-development. Throughout the years with the organization, she has gained project management and leadership skills that make her one of the most active youth workers in SFERA. Katerina holds a BSc in Financial Management, and is currently working on her Master’s thesis titled: Social responsibility of companies in North Macedonia, and the connection with the profit.
