Pepa is the co-founder and chairwoman of the board of Open Space Foundation, and is involved in the ECHO II project, organising the Art Residency and Local Arts Exhibition in Sofia Bulgaria. She has worked as non-formal education trainer for the Bulgarian National Agency of “Youth in Action 2007-2013” EU programme, and as psychologist, developing her own programmes for children and youth (since 2008), as well as for artists and parents (since 2012) with the support of the EU (LLP -Grundtvig Workshops 2012-2013). Given her experience and leader skills, she has the ability to develop and design training programmes for project management, dissemination and exploitation of results, capacity building and networking activities for NGOs. Moreover, she can provide supervision for trainers and team members, while her strength is to find potential where others have given up.
